ECRCHS is implementing the following COVID Testing protocols:
Weekly PCR COVID Testing will be provided at no cost to all students and staff coming to campus.
Testing is provided by Fulgent Genetics and will be required for everyone.
We have partnered with Teodora Healthcare for healthcare services
Students must use their MyECR Email and Password in order to access the RoyalPass and Upload Documents links below.

Wednesday - Staff
Thursday - 11th Grade
Friday - 12th Grade
If you miss your weekly test, it is the student’s responsibility to take a test near the Main Office
Parents will receive an email from Fulgent Genetics for account setup.
Parents, please find the email and complete the forms to provide consent and add your health insurance information
There is no cost to families. Insurance providers may be billed.
Current weekly PCR COVID Test is on file (valid for 9 days from date of oral swab)
If you have taken your PCR COVID Test outside of ECRCHS, upload your result (including Full Name, Date of Birth, Collection Date, Indication the test is PCR, and NEGATIVE Result) to RoyalPass.ecrchs.net. Be prepared to show this result (digital or on paper) at the door if asked.
Exception: You are exempt from testing if you have recovered from a PCR verified case of COVID-19 in the past 90 days.
Not exhibiting any COVID-19 Symptoms
Not currently placed on quarantine
When does my test expire?
Please see the table below/to the right.
All students and staff are required to take a weekly PCR COVID Test.
Exception: You are exempt from testing if you have recovered from a PCR verified case of COVID-19 in the past 90 days.
If your PCR COVID Test is more than 9 days old, you will need to take a new PCR COVID Test, then go home until the PCR COVID Test comes back with a negative result. You will not be allowed to enter the campus without a current negative PCR COVID Test.
Subject to availability, ECRCHS may allow students to enter upon completion of a Rapid COVID Test. Students must take this test under the supervision of ECRCHS staff and must wait the duration of the test (15-30 minutes) to verify a negative result before entering. Rapid COVID Tests are only valid the day they are taken. After completing a Rapid COVID Test, students are expected to immediately take a new PCR COVID Test.
You may always take a PCR test outside of ECR and upload the negative test result (including Full Name, Date of Birth, Collection Date, Indication the test is PCR, location of testing site, and NEGATIVE Result) to RoyalPass.ecrchs.net before the 9-day limit.
If exposed to COVID-19 at school, you do not need to quarantine. Since students and staff are wearing masks in class, they do not need to quarantine.
You will quarantine for 5 days if exposed to a symptomatic close contact and meet all the following conditions:
Masks were not worn
Social distancing of at least 6 feet did not occur
Not fully vaccinated (2 doses Pfizer, 2 doses Moderna, or 1 dose Janssen)
Have not tested positive and recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days
You will quarantine for 5 days if you have a household exposure and meet all the following conditions:
Not fully vaccinated (2 doses Pfizer, 2 doses Moderna, or 1 dose Janssen)
Have not tested positive and recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days
IF YOU HAVE NOT TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19:
Your quarantine will last at least 5 days. On days 6-9, after your 5-day quarantine, a negative antigen test or PCR Test is required, and you must not present any COVID symptoms to enter an ECRCHS Campus. If using an antigen test, the test must be done in the presence of a Healthcare provider (test report required with Full Name, Date of Birth, Collection Date, and Result) or school official (ECRCHS is not responsible for providing antigen tests).
If you return on days 6-9, you must wear a KN95 or N95 mask until day 11.
IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 AND ARE ASYMPTOMATIC (NEVER HAD SYMPTOMS):
Your quarantine will last at least 5 days. On days 6-9, after your 5-day quarantine, a negative antigen test is required, and you must not present any COVID symptoms to enter an ECRCHS Campus. The antigen test must be done in the presence of a Healthcare provider (test report required with Full Name, Date of Birth, Collection Date, and Result) or school official (ECRCHS is not responsible for providing antigen tests).
If you return on days 6-9, you must wear a KN95 or N95 mask until day 11.
IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 AND ARE SYMPTOMATIC (EXPERIENCED ONE OR MORE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS):
Your quarantine will last at least 7 days. On days 8-9, after your 7-day quarantine, a negative antigen test is required, and you must not present any COVID symptoms to enter an ECRCHS Campus. The antigen test must be done in the presence of a Healthcare provider (test report required with Full Name, Date of Birth, Collection Date, and Result) or school official (ECRCHS is not responsible for providing antigen tests).
If you return on days 8-9, you must wear a KN95 or N95 mask until day 11.
When can I return from Quarantine?
Please see the table below/to the right.
If you have quarantined for at least 10 days, a negative antigen test is not required. You may return to an ECRCHS campus on day 11 if you do not present COVID symptoms.
No, ECRCHS will not accept your Antigen/Rapid COVID Tests for entry to an ECRCHS Campus. An Antigen/Rapid Test cannot replace your weekly PCR COVID Test.
ECRCHS will ONLY allow you to take an Antigen/Rapid COVID Test for entry if you meet one of the following conditions:
You received a SPECIMEN UNSATISFACTORY or an INCONCLUSIVE test result. After entering, you must immediately take a new PCR COVID Test. This only applies if this is within the 9 days the test would have been valid.
It is the student's responsibility to check their weekly test result and retest if necessary.
Your PCR test is still pending after 72 hours (after the majority of tests from that day have a result reported). After entering, you must immediately take a new PCR COVID Test. This only applies if we can see a record of your PCR COVID Test scanned into the Fulgent testing system and if this is within the 9 days the test would have been valid.
You are returning on days 6-9 of a 5-day quarantine or days 8-9 of a 7-day quarantine.
Indoor masking is now strongly recommended for all individuals.
Previous policy:
Indoor masking is required for all individuals, regardless of vaccination status. Unmasking indoors is only allowed during eating and drinking and should occur distanced from others. Effective Tuesday, February 22, 2022, outdoor masking is optional for students and employees.
Recommended: All individuals must be masked at all times, including during sports and extracurricular activities, both indoors and outdoors. Eating and drinking should happen distanced from others.
Students:
Beginning the week of January 24th, and until further notice, students are required to wear well-fitting, non-cloth masks of multiple layers with a nose wire. ECRCHS can provide students with this type of mask, if needed.
Alternatively students may wear cloth masks that meet American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards for high filtration efficiency (ASTM F3502-Level 2) or have a particle filtration efficiency of at least 95%.
Employees:
All employees must wear surgical-type masks or higher-level PPE (e.g., KN95 or N95 respirator masks)
